You roll ON the throttle as you pass the APEX and begin to EXIT the turn.

As a new motorcycle driver, the best way to approch a corner should be doing these steps.
Brake to slow down in the straight before the corner starts (as a beginner, don't try anything fancy like trailbraking for now, scrub all your speed before the turn starts)
Enter the turn.
Lean the bike and counter-steer smoothly into the turn.
It's best to keep the throttle consistent while in the turn (don't speed

up or slow down so you keep your bike balanced and neutral)
If the turn is tightening closer toward you, lean and counter-steer into it more.
As you pass the apex of the turn (the peak of it), begin to gradually and smoothly stand the bike up
Begin to roll on the throttle (smoothly give it more acceleration).
Exit the turn.
You are now going straight again and are upright and are moving speedily. You roll ON the throttle as you pass the APEX and begin to EXIT the turn.
